The 2008 Petit Jean 170 will be held on the weekend of April 25 & 26th (Fri & Sat nights).

Some folks arrive on Thursday (which we encourage) and leave sometime Sunday Morning.

The lodge / cabins / restaurant are a few miles from the airpark (campground), by road.  We shuttle back and forth between the lodge and campground regularly, eating some meals at the lodge and some at the campground.  Of course the campground is our home base.  We have the ground transportation covered.

The campground is nice, with a climate controlled his/her shower house and raised camping pads.

We have 12 of 24 rooms reserved at Mathers Lodge.  You can book one of your own or transfer 1 of our 12 into your own reservation. Mathers Lodge is usually booked months ahead of time. Lodge phone number 1-800-264-2462.  Click on the Petit Jean State Park Picture, on this home page, for more information.

There is no need to reserve a camping spot.  We have the campground reserved for both nights.

The planes are parked at the campground which is isolated from the rest of the world.  Bring tie down ropes.
