Thank-you for choosing Harris Custom Wood Floors. When installing a New Wood Floor, the customer is responsible for the following :

• Half of the payment is due upon being scheduled and the balance is due upon completion.
• Rooms must be clear of furniture, appliances, tools and other building supplies. Floors must be clean and ready for installation of wood. This INCLUDES carpet, Padding and other floor coverings.
• Plastic sheeting is recommended for doorways to prevent a majority of the dust from the leaving the work area. Harris Custom Wood Floors is NOT responsible for cleanup of the house.
• During the cold season, homes must have heat to maintain proper climate.
• Trim and doors must be taken off prior to installation.
