Subject: Live in THIS Moment

Dear Ones,

I love every day on this earth, but I especially look forward to my Saturdays.

My fondness for Saturdays began when I first read the story of the man who put 1,000 marbles in a container to represent the number of Saturdays he had left before reaching the average life span of 75 years and then took a marble out each Saturday morning. I agree with his observations: "I found that by watching the marbles diminish, I focus more on the really important things in life. There is nothing like watching your time here on this earth run out to help get your priorities straight."

So, another Saturday is here and it's time to take another marble out of the jar. As you do, ponder these thoughts:

"Yesterday is a canceled check; Tomorrow is a promissory note; Today is the only cash you have - So spend it wisely." -- Kay Lyons

"All of us tend to put off living. We are all dreaming of some magical rose garden over the horizon instead of enjoying the roses that are blooming outside our windows today." -- Dale Carnegie

"You had better live your best and act your best and think your best today; for today is the sure preparation for tomorrow and all the other tomorrows that follow." -- Harriet Martineau

"The days that make us happy make us wise." -- John Masefield

"This is the day which the Lord has made. Let us rejoice and be glad in it."  -- Psalms, 118:24

Have a GREAT day and may all your Saturdays be special.

Don
