Let the season begin! We've had lots of spring-like days recently even though spring doesn't officially begin for a few more weeks. I hope you've gotten out on the course on one of those sunny, warm afternoons. Ladies' Club will start their season with a 'Kick off" breakfast/meeting/golf tournament on March 1, at 8:30 AM. All ladies are welcome. Men's Club has tournaments year round. All men are welcome.
As of February's Board meeting, we have 204 members. That's good, but we need more. Please talk to your friends, and friends of your friends, and invite them to golf with you so they can see our beautiful course. YOU are our best Club promoter. We need your help with increasing our membership. Reminder: fewer members = monthly operational dues increase. More members = enough operational dues to run the Club. Please help. We need to increase our membership.
Watch for some major improvements in our barbecue. Funding for this project will come from the Capital Fund (your quarterly payment) and the Men's Club. Thank you, Men's Club, for chipping in financially and helping with this project.
GARAGE SALE
The Second Annual Garage Sale will be on May 6 & 7. We need good quality products. Look for more information in the next newsletter or contact Rick Shaw for more information.
AUCTION 2005
The Annual Club Dinner and Auction will be on Saturday, June 4th. We need very good quality items plus things to do and places to go. Look for more information in the next newsletter.
