Please
VOTE. You should have received your GHGC ballot by now. If
not, call Rich Novak at our office. You have until the Annual
Meeting on October 11, 2005, 6:30PM to return your ballot to
the Club House. Votes will be tallied and results will be
announced during the Annual Meeting.
Please ATTEND the
Annual Meeting at our Club House on Tuesday, October 11, 2005,
6:30 PM. The board will review the past year and share ideas
for the coming year. Come, ask questions, keep up with what's
going on. I hope to see you there.
Our course will be
CLOSED on Thursday, October 6, 2005 due to sanding. This
project is expensive ($10,000), a lot of hard work for Todd
and his crew, and messy! However, we do end up with
better surfaces on our greens, tee boxes, and fairways. It's a
great investment in our course. So grab an extra towel (all of
that sand is a temporary problem) and head out to play as
usual, but NOT ON OCTOBER 6.
Our Annual Salmon Dinner
will be on Friday, Oct. 21, 2005. Randy and Lindsay Babich
will catch and donate the salmon the day before. That's fresh
fish! Andy Dahl will marinate and BBQ as only he knows how.
