Clubhouse Event Contract

1.  A reservation deposit of $_______________________is required by_______________________

A reservation deposit of $150 may be required.

 

2.  A damage deposit of $_______________________ is required by__________________________

A damage deposit of $500 may be required.  This deposit is refundable if no damage is reported after cleaning.

 

3.  Fees:                  Non-Member Rental Fees  (all fees include cleaning)

Clubhouse Rental    $600.00

Clubhouse rental includes use of Clubhouse, patio, barbecue and kitchen, excluding the lounge area.

Barbecue Rental                 $75.00

Barbecue rental includes use of barbecue and patio only. 

The Club maintains a non-club event special liquor license for service to non-members. Alcoholic beverages may be purchased by your party subject to usual Washington State liquor laws at regular club prices.  Groups are not allowed to dispense their own liquor.

 

4.  Fees:                 Member Rental Fees  (all fees include cleaning)

Clubhouse Rental    $300.00

Clubhouse rental includes use of Clubhouse, patio, barbecue and kitchen, excluding the lounge area.

Barbecue Rental                 $75.00

Barbecue rental includes use of barbecue and patio only. 

 

5.  Use of Club Facilities

The Club’s Clubhouse facilities are available on a first come - first served basis.  Please check for availability and arrangements in advance.  This rental agreement holds the Event Coordinator liable for any damage caused by the group renting the Club facilities.   If the group wishes to arrange for alcoholic beverage service, please check in advance regarding Club and State regulations.  It is unlawful to bring your own alcohol unless approved by the Club and Washington State Liquor Control Board.  The Club maintains a Club Class H license for the enjoyment of its members and their guests with service in the Clubhouse lounge.  Please pre-arrange any alcohol service in advance with the Bar Manager.

 

6.  The renter agrees to pay the balance of the rental amount 30 days prior to the day of the rental.  In the event of a cancellation, the renter agrees to notify the Club fourteen (14) days in prior to the day of the rental.  If notification is not received by that time, any reservation deposit will be forfeited.

 

7.  The renter is responsible for any damage caused by the group.

 

8.  The renter agrees not to hold the Club liable for any loss or damage sustained by the action of a third party, fire, water, theft or the elements or for loss of any articles from Club premises.  Neither the Club nor its agents shall be liable for any injury to the renter, their family, guests or employees, or any other person entering the premises.

 

9.  The renter agrees to the following rules:

*  The event coordinator is responsible for the actions of all guests, including children, and must personally be present at all times during the rental period, including decorating, setup and cleanup.

*  Rental includes use of the parking lot.  Parking is limited, so plan in advance.

*  No one is allowed on the golf course, including the putting green, unless the rental includes an organized golf tournament.  Street shoes are not allowed on the putting green.

*  The Clubhouse and patio should be left in a reasonably neat and clean condition. Dishes and silverware are to be returned to the kitchen and tables and chairs are to be left in an orderly manner.

*  Decorations are to be removed as soon as possible after the event is finished.

*  If the event ends after the course is closed, the renter is responsible for making arrangements with the Bar Manager for securing the facility.
