Power carts (riding 2) at $15.00 per person including tax.  Power carts must be firmly reserved 3 months in advance.  GHGC has 10 carts – additional carts may be rented at the market rate.

The minimum number of players for a shotgun start is 44.  The maximum number of players for a shotgun start is 72.  The golf course usage fee is based on 3 hours of play for 9 holes and 5 hours of play for 18 holes.  Groups that wish to exceed these times may do so by making arrangements in advance at a rate of $300 per hour.

5.  Use of Clubhouse

The Club’s Clubhouse facilities are available on a first come - first served basis.  Please check for availability and arrangements in advance.  The fee for Clubhouse rental is $500 per day for groups.   If the group wishes to arrange for alcoholic beverage service, please check in advance regarding Club and State regulations.  It is unlawful to bring your own alcohol unless approved by the Club and Washington State Liquor Control Board.  The Club maintains a Club Class H license for the enjoyment of its members and their guests with service in the Clubhouse lounge.

6.  As tournament chairperson, you are responsible for the ability of your golfers to keep a reasonable pace of play.  Tournament players will be expected to keep a pace of 15 minutes per hole.  Novices unable to play within this time frame should consider joining post-tournament activities only.

7.   The Gig Harbor Golf and Country Club strives to provide its members and their guests with a great tournament experience.   Please contact our Pro Shop about prize packages and tournament assistance.
