The Main House is 3200 square feet, of log construction with 3 bedrooms and a sleeping dorm upstairs, 2 ½ baths, 2 car garage and 1 extended carport. This house easily sleeps 12. Amenities in the main house include an open floor plan, a large centrally-located gourmet kitchen, a home theater system and custom designed furniture.
The fully functional Guest Cottage is a privately secluded "gem" situated to the rear of the main house. It is 900 square feet, with 1 bedroom that sleeps 6, 1 ½ baths, and a full kitchen and laundry.
Horses are allowed on the property. A corral will house your horses in the summer. Access to two forest service trails from the property will put you on top of the Rockies. Perfect base camp for the Colorado hunting season. Easy access to abundant trails and mountain roads for hiking and ATV riding.
This compound is perfect for a family that enjoys entertaining, has grandchildren or for multiple families that desire a partnership arrangement. The guest house rents in-season for $145 per night, if desired. Both houses are served by a high-speed internet connection.
