Conditions

1.Complete reservation form and mail with deposit for each boat. Telephone reservations possible with MasterCard, Visa, or Discover.

2. Upon occupancy of the boat, the reservation deposit automatically converts to a security deposit (our insurance deductible). Therefore, DO NOT subtract your deposit from the rental fee. The full rental fee plus 5% sales tax is payable upon departure.

3.The security deposit will be refunded to you at the end of the cruise, less any damage.

4. No personal checks are accepted for the rental fee at departure time. MasterCard, Visa, Discover, certified checks, or cash are accepted.
 

5. You must request a departure time between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. You must indicate your "REQUESTED DEPARTURE TIME". If no time is requested, a departure and return time will be assigned to you by the Party Doll Fleet.
 

6. The boat is due back and vacated at our dock at the same hour that you requested. NO REBATES FOR LATE DEPARTURES OR EARLY RETURNS. Tardy returns will incur a charge.
 

7. No Saturday, Sunday or Tuesday departures except for Pontoon boats.
 

8. Party Doll is not responsible for loss of running time due to inclement weather, mechanical failure, illness, accidents, or change in plans. We reserve the right to call in rented boats which are improperly or unsafely handled. NO BOATS ALLOWED ON LAKE WINNEBAGO. '
 

9. Rates are based on boat completely equipped with blankets, pillows and a fully furnished galley. No linens. GAS EXTRA.
 

10. Our boats comply with all Coast Guard requirements.
 

11. All reservations are final. Reservation deposits are nonrefundable unless boat can be rebooked. 15% handling fee.
 

12. Maximum passengers on six-sleeper is six adults, and ten adults on the ten-sleeper. Rental will be refused on this basis.
 

13. No pets ... NO EXCEPTIONS.
 

14. We offer reduced rates from May 26 to June 16, 2009 and after August 25, 2009: Rentals begin in the spring as soon as the ice is out (late April) and continue until October 1.
