Drop Rolls Lite

Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast 1/4  cup lukewarm water
1/4  cup sugar 3/4  cup Butter Buds
1  egg white,  beaten 1  3/4  cup warm water
4  cups self rising flour Non-fat cooking spray

Preparation

Dissolve yeast & sugar in 1/4 cup lukewarm water.   Add Butter Buds & egg white.  Mix well.  Gradually add flour & 1 3/4 cup warm water.  Refrigerate in airtight container for at least 2 to 2 1/2 hours.   When ready to cook, preheat oven to 400°.  Spray muffin tins with cooking spray.  Fill tins 1/2 full & bake 25 minutes or until browned.
