Drop Rolls Lite
Ingredients
| 1 pkg. yeast | 1/4 cup lukewarm water |
| 1/4 cup sugar | 3/4 cup Butter Buds |
| 1 egg white, beaten | 1 3/4 cup warm water |
| 4 cups self rising flour | Non-fat cooking spray |
Preparation
Dissolve yeast & sugar in 1/4 cup lukewarm water. Add Butter Buds & egg white. Mix well. Gradually add flour & 1 3/4 cup warm water. Refrigerate in airtight container for at least 2 to 2 1/2 hours. When ready to cook, preheat oven to 400°. Spray muffin tins with cooking spray. Fill tins 1/2 full & bake 25 minutes or until browned.
