Lowfat Italian Bread
Ingredients
| 1 loaf French bread, sliced | 1 bottle fat-free Italian dressing |
| 1 tsp. paprika | 1/2 cup fat-free cheese, optional |
Preparation
Combine dressing & paprika. Slice French bread & place on a baking sheet lined with foil (large enough to wrap bread). Brush both sides of each slice of bread with dressing mixture. Close foil around bread. Heat in a 350° preheated oven for 10 minutes. Uncover bread & heat 5 minutes more or until lightly browned. If you want cheese, sprinkle top of bread slices with cheese for the last 5 minutes of cooking time.
