Easy Applesauce cake
Ingredients
| 1 box spice cake mix | 1 tsp. vanilla extract |
| 2 Egg Beaters (= to 2 eggs) | 2 cups unsweetened applesauce |
| 3 tbs. powdered unsweetened chocolate | 1/4 cup powdered sugar |
| non fat cooking spray |
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°. Spray Bundt cake pan with non-fat cooking spray. Mix cake mix, Chocolate, Egg Beaters, vanilla, & applesauce with a spoon for about 2 minutes or until blended. Add a little water if needed. Pour into bundt pan. Bake 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle top of cake with powdered sugar.
