Baked Brisket Lite
Ingredients
| 1 trimmed brisket | 1 pkg. onion soup mix |
| 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing, fat-free | 1 tsp. garlic powder |
| 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce | 1 tbs. liquid smoke |
| 1 tsp. Greek seasoning |
Preparation
Trim all fat from Brisket & rinse with warm water & dry. Line a large baking pan with foil leaving enough to cover brisket. Mix together remaining ingredients. Spread seasoning mixture on both sides of prepared brisket. Cover with foil. Let marinate in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 375° for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Slice.
