Beef Stroganoff Lite
Ingredients
| 2 tbs. fat free margarine | 1 lb. ground chuck |
| 1/2 tsp. salt | 1/8 tsp. black pepper |
| 2 tbs. flour | 1 cup hot water |
| 1 cup fat free sour cream | 3 tbs. onion soup mix |
| 1 pkg. eggless noodles |
Preparation
Sauté ground chuck until browned & add salt & pepper. Sprinkle flour over meat & blend. Slowly add water & simmer, while stirring constantly, until thickened Remove from heat. Mix together sour cream & onion soup mix. Add meat mixture to sour cream mixture. Return to stove & simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Prepare egg noodles according to pkg. directions. Serve meat mixture over cooked noodles.
