Breakfast Casserole Lite
Ingredients
| 3 cups French Bread, cubed | 1 cup reduced fat ham, diced |
| Non-fat cooking spray | Egg Beater =to 1 egg, beaten lightly |
| 1 1/3 cup fat-free milk | 1/2 tsp. dry mustard |
| 1/4 tsp. garlic powder | 1/4 tsp. onion powder |
| 1/4 tsp. paprika | 1/8 tsp. black pepper |
| 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped | 1/2 cup fat-free cheese, grated |
Preparation
Cube enough French bread to make 3 cups. Spray with cooking spray
& place in bottom of a Pyrex dish. Combine ham, red pepper, &
cheese. Spread evenly on top of bread cubes. Combine egg substitute,
milk, garlic powder, onion powder, & black pepper. Pour over
casserole. Sprinkle top with paprika. Cover & refrigerate
for several hours before baking. Preheat oven to 350 when ready to bake.
Cook for 40 minutes or until browned.
