Breakfast Casserole Lite

Ingredients

3  cups French Bread, cubed 1  cup reduced fat ham, diced
Non-fat cooking spray Egg Beater =to 1 egg, beaten lightly
1 1/3  cup fat-free milk 1/2  tsp. dry mustard
1/4  tsp. garlic powder 1/4  tsp. onion powder
1/4  tsp. paprika 1/8  tsp. black pepper
1/2  cup red bell pepper, chopped 1/2  cup fat-free cheese, grated

Preparation

Cube enough French bread to make 3 cups.   Spray with cooking spray & place in bottom of a Pyrex dish.  Combine ham, red pepper, & cheese.  Spread evenly on top of bread cubes.  Combine egg substitute, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, & black pepper.  Pour over casserole.  Sprinkle top with paprika.   Cover & refrigerate for several hours before baking. Preheat oven to 350 when ready to bake.  Cook for 40 minutes or until browned.
