Brownie Trifle
Ingredients
| 2 cups low-fat baking mix | 1 Dannon Lite cream caramel yogurt |
| 4 pkg. Sweet 'N Low | 1 egg |
| 1/2 tsp. vanilla | 1 lg. box fat-free, sugar-free vanilla pudding |
| 1/4 cup evaporated skim milk | 1 lg. box fat-free, sugar-free chocolate pudding |
| 3 tbs. cocoa | 8 oz. Cool Whip Lite |
Preparation
Combine baking mix, cocoa, sweet 'n low, egg, yogurt, milk. Pour into a 9 inch pan & bake at 350° for 8 minutes. Cool. Mix pudding mixes separately according to pkg. directions. Take half of baked brownie & pinch into pieces. Place in a bowl. Place a layer of chocolate pudding over brownie pieces. Add a layer of vanilla pudding. repeat layers. Top with Cool Whip. Chill well in refrigerator before serving.

I have a suggestion for the chocolate trifle, my
grandmother uses crushed crispy crunch or skor bars instead of cherries. My
cousin and I always fight over it. Keep up the good work.
