Brussels Sprouts

 

Ingredients

16  oz. pkg. frozen Brussel sprouts 1  onion, sliced
1  tsp. garlic powder 2  pkg. sugar substitute
2  tbs. fat free margarine, melted 1/2  tsp. oregano
salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

Place brussel sprouts & onion in a saucepan with enough water to cover them.  Cook until tender & drain well.  Combine melted margarine, garlic powder, sugar, oregano, salt, & pepper.  Add drained brussel sprouts to mixture & cook for 10 minutes (or until well heated) on medium heat.
