Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
| 16 oz. pkg. frozen Brussel sprouts | 1 onion, sliced |
| 1 tsp. garlic powder | 2 pkg. sugar substitute |
| 2 tbs. fat free margarine, melted | 1/2 tsp. oregano |
| salt & pepper to taste |
Preparation
Place brussel sprouts & onion in a saucepan with enough water to cover them. Cook until tender & drain well. Combine melted margarine, garlic powder, sugar, oregano, salt, & pepper. Add drained brussel sprouts to mixture & cook for 10 minutes (or until well heated) on medium heat.
