Caramel Ring
Ingredients
| 2 cans light biscuits | 1 cup light syrup |
| 1 cup brown sugar | 1/2 cup chopped pecans |
| 3 tbs. light margarine | non-fat cooking spray |
Preparation
Melt margarine. Add sugar, syrup, & pecans to melted margarine. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat immediately. Spray a bundt pan with non-fat cooking spray. Split biscuits in half with a for & arrange in bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes. Invert onto a plate. Pour syrup mixture over top & serve immediately.
