Carrot Casserole


Ingredients

1  can cream of mushroom soup, fat-free 1/2  cup onion, finely chopped
2  16 oz. cans carrots, diced 1/2  cup potato chips, reduced fat
2  pkg. Sweet n Low non-fat cooking spray

Preparation

Sauté onion in a pan sprayed with cooking spray.  Combine mushroom soup & sautéed onion.  Alternate layers of carrots & soup mixture in a 1 quart, greased casserole dish.   Bake at 325° F for 20 to 25 minutes.  Just before removing from oven, sprinkle with crushed chips.  Brown lightly.
