Chicken Fajitas Lite
Ingredients
| 1 cup sliced onions | 1 cup sliced mushrooms |
| 1 tsp. canola oil | 1/2 tsp. Greek seasoning |
| 1 pound chicken breast, cut in strips | 1 pkg. Fajita seasoning |
| 1/2 tsp. garlic powder | 1/2 cup Salsa |
| 4 large fat free flour tortillas | 1 cup shredded lettuce |
| 1 tomato, chopped | 1/2 cup fat free cheese, shredded |
Preparation
Place onions, mushrooms, & oil in large skillet. Sauté over medium-high heat until vegetables are tender. Cut chicken breast into strips. Add to onion mixture. Add Greek seasoning, garlic powder, & Fajita seasoning. Cook 5 minutes longer (or until chicken is done), stirring to keep from sticking. Warm tortillas & wrap to keep warm. Keep meat warm. Place desired amount of meat mixture on each tortilla. Add tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, & salsa. Roll & eat while warm.
