Chicken Stir Fry
Ingredients
| 4 chicken breast | 1 green bell pepper, sliced |
| 1 red bell pepper, sliced | 2 onions, sliced |
| 1/2 cup chopped celery | 1/2 tsp. garlic powder |
| 1/2 tsp. Greek seasoning | salt & pepper to taste |
| 1/8 tsp. Cajun seasoning | 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke |
| 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce | 2 tsp. canola oil |
| 2 tbs. cornstarch | 1 1/4 cup water |
Preparation
Bone chicken & cut in strips. Cook in wok or a large frying pan with 1 tsp. canola oil until well done. Slice bell peppers, onion & celery & sauté in 1 tsp. canola oil until just tender. Add to cooked chicken. Add 1 cup of water. Add Greek & Cajun seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt , Pepper, & liquid smoke. Mix cornstarch & 1/4 cup water together & add to chicken mixture. More water may be added if needed. Serve over cooked rice.
