Cornish Hens with Plum Sauce
Ingredients
| 4 thawed Cornish Hens | 12 oz. jar plum sauce |
| 1 tablespoon lemon juice | non-fat butter spray |
Preparation
Empty hen cavity & wash under cool water. Pat dry & spray with non-fat butter spray. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes. Combine lemon juice & plum sauce. Coat hens with mixture. Bake additional 45 minutes.
