Cornish Hens with Plum Sauce

Ingredients

4  thawed Cornish Hens 12  oz.  jar plum sauce
1  tablespoon lemon juice non-fat butter spray

Preparation

Empty hen cavity & wash under cool water.  Pat dry & spray with non-fat butter spray.  Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.  Combine lemon juice & plum sauce.  Coat hens with mixture.  Bake additional 45 minutes.
