Creamy Chicken Soup Lite
Ingredients
| 4 cups skim milk | 2 tbs. plain flour |
| 2 tbs. Canola oil | 2 pkg. Sweet n Low |
| 2 cups Chicken (chopped fine) | 1/2 tsp. salt |
| 1/2 tsp. black pepper | 1/2 tsp. garlic powder |
Preparation
Make a white sauce of milk, flour, & oil. Cook
chicken, bone, & chop into small pieces.
Add chicken to white sauce mixture. Add salt, pepper, & garlic powder
(may use more or less as desired). Mix well & simmer for 20 minutes
over low heat. Stir in Sweet n Low.
If soup is not as thick as desired, mix a small amount of corn starch with a
small amount of water & add to soup. Simmer for 10 minutes.
