Lowfat Crock Pot BBQ Chicken Hot Wings Ingredients
Preparation Cut off wing tips & discard, then divide the wing into 2 sections. Spray a large skillet with cooking spray. Put the wings into prepared pan & cook until lightly browned on each side. Remove from pan & place in crock pot. Mix together remaining ingredients & pour over wings. Cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 1/2 hours. |
