Easy Lemon Cookies
Ingredients
| 1 box lemon cake mix | 1 /2 cup skim milk |
| 1 box instant lemon pudding mix, sugar-free | 1 Egg Beaters (= to 1 egg) |
| 1/4 cup canola oil |
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together. Roll teaspoonfuls into balls. Place on a baking sheet at least 1 1/2 inches apart. Bake 10 minutes @350° or until lightly browned.
