Green Bean Casserole Lite
Ingredients
| 1 can cream of mushroom soup, low-fat | 1/2 cup reduced fat potato chips, crushed |
| 2 cans green beans (drained) | dash of black pepper |
| 3/4 cup chopped onion | 1 can mushroom pieces |
Preparation
Sauté' onion. Pour soup into a quart casserole. Add sautéed onion , both cans green beans, & pepper. Mix well. Sprinkle crushed potato chips on top. Bake at 350° F for 25 minutes.
