Ham & Egg Casserole
Ingredients
| 6 eggs | 1 quart skim milk |
| 1 1/2 cups Bisquick | 1 lb. fat-free cheese, grated |
| 2 cans green chilies | 2 cups reduced fat ham, diced |
| 1/4 cup Picante sauce | salt & pepper to taste |
| Non-fat cooking spray |
Preparation
Spray a 9X13 baking dish with cooking spray. Place
green chilies & cheese in bottom of dish. Sprinkle diced ham over
cheese. Beat eggs & milk. Add Picante sauce, Bisquick, & salt
& pepper to taste to beaten eggs. Pour over ham. Bake at 375° for 30
minutes or until done & browned.
