Ham Salad Lite
Ingredients
| 2 cups cooked, low-fat ham, cubed | 1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper |
| 1 can mandarin oranges, drained | 1/2 cup pineapple tidbits, in own juice |
| 1 can water chestnuts | 1 cup Miracle Whip Light |
| 1/2 cup fat free cheese, grated |
Preparation
Combine all ingredients. Mix well.
May be served cold or heated in 350° oven until heated & cheese is melted. When heated, it is better if served immediately.
