Ham Salad Lite

Ingredients

2  cups cooked, low-fat ham, cubed 1/2  cup finely chopped red bell pepper
1  can mandarin oranges, drained 1/2  cup pineapple tidbits, in own juice
1  can water chestnuts 1  cup Miracle Whip Light
1/2  cup fat free cheese, grated

Preparation

Combine all ingredients.  Mix well. 

May be served cold or heated in 350° oven until heated & cheese is melted. When heated, it is better if served immediately.
