Hawaiian Tuna Lite

Ingredients

1  can white tuna in water 20  oz. can pineapple chunks, in own juice
1  can mandarin oranges 1  tbs. soy sauce
1  tbs. vinegar 1/4  cup sugar
3  tbs. cornstarch 1 tsp. chicken bouillon crystals

Preparation

Drain pineapple & orange & mix with soy sauce and vinegar.   Combine sugar, cornstarch, & bouillon crystals & add to fruit mixture.  Drain tuna & add to mixture.  Add drained pineapple & mandarin oranges.  Chill well. 

May be served on lettuce leaves or fruit halves.
