Hawaiian Tuna Lite
Ingredients
| 1 can white tuna in water | 20 oz. can pineapple chunks, in own juice |
| 1 can mandarin oranges | 1 tbs. soy sauce |
| 1 tbs. vinegar | 1/4 cup sugar |
| 3 tbs. cornstarch | 1 tsp. chicken bouillon crystals |
Preparation
Drain pineapple & orange & mix with soy sauce and vinegar. Combine sugar, cornstarch, & bouillon crystals & add to fruit mixture. Drain tuna & add to mixture. Add drained pineapple & mandarin oranges. Chill well.
May be served on lettuce leaves or fruit halves.
