Lite Spinach Dip

Ingredients

16  oz. pkg. frozen spinach, chopped & thawed 1/2  cup minced red onion
1  can water chestnuts, finely chopped 1/2  tsp. black pepper
1  cup plain fat-free yogurt 1  pkg. sugar substitute
1  tsp. garlic powder

Preparation

Thaw, chop, & drain spinach.  Mince red onion & chop water chestnuts.  Add to spinach.  Add pepper, sweetener, & garlic powder.  Mix well.  Stir in yogurt to mix.  Chill well before serving.
