Low-Fat Brownies
Ingredients
| 1/2 cup Low-fat margarine | 1 square unsweetened Chocolate |
| 2 Egg Beaters (equal to 2 eggs) | 3 tbs. liquid sweetener |
| 2 tsp. vanilla extract | 1/2 tsp. salt |
| 1 cup cake flour, sifted | 1/2 tsp. soda |
| 1 cup chopped pecans | 1 tsp. butter flavoring |
| Non-fat cooking spray |
Preparation
Preheat oven to 325°. Sift together flour, salt, & soda & set aside. Melt chocolate & 1/2 cup margarine. Remove from heat & add vanilla, butter flavoring, Egg Beaters, & sweetener. Mix well. Add flour mixture to chocolate mixture & blend until smooth. Stir in pecans. Spray a square pan with cooking spray &pour into prepared pan. Bake 20 minutes. Cool & cut into squares.
