Lowfat Cheese Sauce
Ingredients
| 2 tbs. butter flavoring | 3 tbs. plain flour |
| 2 1/2 cups skim evaporated milk | 2 oz. fat-free cheese |
Preparation
Combine butter flavoring, milk, & flour. Beat with wire whish until smooth. Cook over medium heat until it begins to thicken (stir constantly). Cut cheese into small pieces & add to mixture. Cook until cheese is melted. Good served over broccoli, cauliflower, etc.
