Lowfat Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
| 1/4 cup reduced-fat margarine, softened | 2 tsp. vanilla extract |
| 1/4 cup brown sugar | 1/2 cup sugar |
| Egg beater = 1 egg | 1 tsp. butter flavoring |
| 1/4 tsp. salt | 1/2 tsp. baking soda |
| 1 cup flour | 1/2 cup miniature milk chocolate chips |
Preparation
Mix margarine, vanilla, butter flavoring, brown sugar, sugar, & egg beater in large bowl. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt. Combine with sugar mixture & blend well. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop dough by rounded teaspoon onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake in preheated 375° oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool slightly and remove from cookie sheet.
