Lowfat Clam Chowder
Ingredients
| 1 can Lowfat clam chowder | 1/2 cup chopped celery |
| 1/2 cup chopped onion | 1/2 cup crab meat |
| 1/8 tsp. black pepper | 2 tbs. lemon juice |
| 1/2 cup skim evaporated milk | 2 pkg. Sweet n Low |
| non-fat cooking spray |
Preparation
Sauté onion & celery until tender in pan sprayed with cooking spray. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Heat until hot, but do not boil.
