Lowfat Crockpot Hamburger Casserole

Ingredients

1 1/2  lbs. lean ground chuck 2  potatoes, sliced
1 1/2  cup frozen English peas 3  carrots diced
2  stalks celery, diced 2  onions
1-10  oz. can tomato soup 1-10  can water
1  tsp. garlic powder 1/2  tsp. black pepper
1  tsp. salt

Preparation

Brown ground chuck & drain. Peel and slice potatoes, carrots, celery and onions.  Place layers of vegetables in order given into crockpot. Combine garlic powder, salt, and pepper.  Sprinkle seasonings over each layer.  Put browned ground beef vegetables.  Combine soup and water & pour over all. Cover and set on low 6 to 8 hours or high 2 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally. Serves 8 to 10.
