Lowfat Easy Crock Pot Chili

Ingredients

1 1/2  lbs. ground chuck , extra lean 1  bell pepper, chopped
1  cup chopped onions 1  cup chopped celery
1  can kidney beans 1  can tomato sauce
1  can northern beans 1  pkg. chili seasoning
1   can  tomatoes 3  pkg. sugar substitute
1  tsp. garlic powder Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

Brown meat  in a large skillet. Add celery, onion & bell pepper & cook until almost done.  Drain & place in crock pot. Add remaining   ingredients to crock pot & stir to mix.  Cook 3 to 4  hours until done.
