Lowfat Egg Salad
Ingredients
| 4 hard boiled egg whites | 1 tbs. fat-free ranch dressing |
| 1 tsp. Dijon mustard | 1 tsp. pickle relish (not sweetened) |
| 1/4 tsp. garlic powder | 1 pkg. Sweet N Low |
| salt & pepper to taste |
Preparation
Boil 4 eggs. Remove the whites & chop. Add remaining ingredients to
chopped egg whites. Mix well. May serve with fat-free crackers or
whole wheat, fat-free bread.
