Lowfat Egg Salad

Ingredients

4  hard boiled egg whites 1  tbs. fat-free ranch dressing
1  tsp. Dijon mustard 1  tsp. pickle relish (not sweetened)
1/4  tsp. garlic powder 1  pkg. Sweet N Low
salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

Boil 4 eggs. Remove the whites & chop.  Add remaining ingredients to chopped egg whites.  Mix well.  May serve with fat-free crackers or whole wheat, fat-free bread.
