Lemon Pepper Round Steak Lite

Ingredients

1  lb. Lean Round Steak Juice of 1 lemon
1  beaten egg 1  tsp. grated lemon rind
1  tsp. garlic powder 2  tsp. water
3  tbs. flour 1  cup breadcrumbs
Non-fat cooking spray Salt & Pepper to taste

Preparation

Trim steak & cut into strips.   In a small bowl, combine egg, water, lemon juice & lemon rind. In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, & garlic powder. Dip steak strips   in egg mixture and then coat with breadcrumb mixture. Spray a non-stick   skillet with cooking spray. Heat on medium setting until hot. Add steak and cook 2-3 minutes (or until browned) on one side.  Turn & cook on other side.
