Lowfat Pea Soup

Ingredients

1  qt. water, boiling 4  chicken flavored bouillon cubes
2  cans English peas & carrots 1/2  cup chopped onion
1/2  cup chopped celery 1/2  tsp. pepper
1/ 2  tsp. garlic powder

2  pkg. Sweet n Low

1  can fat-free cream of mushroom soup 1/2  tsp. salt

Preparation

Bring water & add bouillon cubes. Stir until dissolved.  Add remaining ingredients, cover & simmer over medium for 10 minutes.  Pour mixture into blender & blend until smooth.  Return to pan & heat until hot.  Serve with fat-free crackers while hot.
