Lowfat Pea Soup
Ingredients
| 1 qt. water, boiling | 4 chicken flavored bouillon cubes |
| 2 cans English peas & carrots | 1/2 cup chopped onion |
| 1/2 cup chopped celery | 1/2 tsp. pepper |
| 1/ 2 tsp. garlic powder |
2 pkg. Sweet n Low |
| 1 can fat-free cream of mushroom soup | 1/2 tsp. salt |
Preparation
Bring water & add bouillon cubes. Stir until dissolved. Add remaining ingredients, cover & simmer over medium for 10 minutes. Pour mixture into blender & blend until smooth. Return to pan & heat until hot. Serve with fat-free crackers while hot.
