Lowfat Potato Salad

Ingredients

6  cups red potatoes, unpeeled 1/2  cup purple onion , diced
1/2  tsp. garlic powder 1  tsp. celery seed
1  tsp. lemon juice 1  tsp. parsley flakes
1  tsp. curry powder 2  tsp. mustard
1/2  cup fat-free plain yogurt 1  cup fat-free sour cream
salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

Boil unpeeled whole potatoes until tender.   Cool & cut into desired size.  Combine remaining ingredients & add to potatoes.  Mix well.  May be served immediately or chilled in refrigerator until ready to serve.
