LOWFAT STROGANOFF
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in strips | small amount of Canola oil |
| 1 tsp. garlic powder | salt & pepper to taste |
| 1 can fat free, cream of mushroom soup | 2 cups cooked Pasta of choice |
Preparation
Brown steak in oil. Cook over low heat for 30 minutes. Remove meat
& drain oil from pan. Return meat to pan. Add soup, garlic powder,
salt, & pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes. Cook pasta & drain
well. Add cooked pasta to meat mixture. Heat thoroughly.
