LOWFAT STROGANOFF

Ingredients

1  1/2  lb. round steak, cut in strips small amount of Canola oil
1  tsp. garlic powder salt & pepper to taste
1  can fat free, cream of mushroom soup 2  cups cooked Pasta of choice

Preparation

Brown steak in oil.  Cook over low heat for 30 minutes.  Remove meat & drain oil from pan. Return meat to pan.  Add soup, garlic powder, salt, & pepper.  Simmer for 15 minutes.  Cook pasta & drain well.  Add cooked pasta to meat mixture. Heat thoroughly.
