Lowfat Tropical Yogurt Snack
Ingredients
| 3/4 cup boiling water | 4 oz. sugar-free Hawaiian Jell-O |
| 1/2 cup cold water | 8 oz. plain low-fat yogurt |
| 1 tsp. vanilla | ice cubes |
Preparation
Pour boiling water into blender. Add gelatin & blend until dissolved. Combine cold water & ice cubes to make one cup. Add to gelatin & stir with a spoon until ice cubes are almost melted. Blend in yogurt and vanilla. Pour into dessert glasses. Chill until soft set (about 30 minutes). Approximately 35 calories per serving (1/5 of mixture).
