Pasta Prima Vera Lite
Ingredients
| 1 lb. whole wheat pasta, cooked | 1/4 cup olive oil |
| 1/2 cup low-fat parmesan cheese | soy sauce |
| 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced | 1 cup fresh broccoli |
| 1/2 onion, sliced | 1/2 zucchini, sliced |
Preparation
Cook pasta according to package directions. Stir fry vegetables in olive oil until just tender. Pour over cooked pasta. Sprinkle with cheese & soy sauce.
