Pasta Prima Vera Lite

Ingredients

1  lb. whole wheat pasta, cooked 1/4  cup olive oil
1/2  cup low-fat parmesan cheese soy sauce
1/2  red bell pepper, sliced 1  cup fresh broccoli
1/2  onion, sliced 1/2  zucchini, sliced

Preparation

Cook pasta according to package directions.  Stir fry vegetables in olive oil until just tender.  Pour over cooked pasta.  Sprinkle with cheese & soy sauce.
