Pork Chop Rice Casserole

Ingredients

4  pork chops, trim fat 1 1/2  cups Minute rice
1 1/2  cups water 1  can mushroom pieces
1/2  cup chopped green onion salt & pepper to taste
1  can Lowfat cream of mushroom soup paprika

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients except pork chops & paprika.   Pour into a casserole disk.  Place pork chops on top.  Sprinkle pork chops with paprika.  Bake for 1 hour.
