Pork Chop Rice Casserole
Ingredients
| 4 pork chops, trim fat | 1 1/2 cups Minute rice |
| 1 1/2 cups water | 1 can mushroom pieces |
| 1/2 cup chopped green onion | salt & pepper to taste |
| 1 can Lowfat cream of mushroom soup | paprika |
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients except pork chops & paprika. Pour into a casserole disk. Place pork chops on top. Sprinkle pork chops with paprika. Bake for 1 hour.
