Sugarless Muffins

Ingredients

2  cups All Bran 1 1/2  cup fat-free buttermilk
egg  substitute = to 1 egg, beaten 1/3  cup Lite molasses
1/2  cup dates, chopped fine 1/3  cup canola oil
1  cup flour 1 tsp. soda
1/2  tsp. salt

Preparation

Combine All Bran, milk, egg substitute, molasses, oil, & dates.  Let stand for 30 minutes. Sift together flour, soda & salt. Add to All Bran mixture & mix well.   Bake at 350°  for 20 minutes or until browned.
