Sugarless Muffins
Ingredients
| 2 cups All Bran | 1 1/2 cup fat-free buttermilk |
| egg substitute = to 1 egg, beaten | 1/3 cup Lite molasses |
| 1/2 cup dates, chopped fine | 1/3 cup canola oil |
| 1 cup flour | 1 tsp. soda |
| 1/2 tsp. salt |
Preparation
Combine All Bran, milk, egg substitute, molasses, oil, & dates. Let
stand for 30 minutes. Sift together flour, soda & salt. Add to All Bran
mixture & mix well. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until
browned.
