Sugarless Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
| 1/2 cup reduced fat peanut butter | 1 can fat-free Eagle Brand milk |
| 1/4 cup chopped dates | 2 cups corn flakes, crushed |
| 1/4 cup flaked coconut | 1 tsp. vanilla extract |
Preparation
Combine milk and peanut butter. Mix well. Crush corn flakes & add to mixture. Add chopped dates, coconut, & vanilla. Mix until well blended. Bake at 375° for 10 to12 minutes or until lightly browned.
