Turkey & Rice Casserole Lite
Ingredients
| 4 cups chopped turkey, skinless | 1 cup wild rice mix |
| 1 can mushrooms | 1/2 cup chopped onion |
| 1/2 cup chopped celery | 2 tbs. fat free margarine |
| 2 tbs. plain flour | 1 cup skim evaporated milk |
| 1/2 tsp. garlic powder | 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce |
| Salt & pepper to taste | Non-fat cooking spray |
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°. Prepare rice according to pkg. directions, leave out fat. Melt 2 TBS margarine in a non stick skillet, add onion, celery & mushrooms. Cook until tender & stir in Worcestershire sauce. Mix flour, garlic powder, salt, pepper & milk. Add to vegetables. Cook until smooth. Stir in Turkey & prepared rice. Spray a casserole dish with non-fat cooking spray. Pour mixture into prepared casserole. Bake for 30 minutes.
