Turkey Soup
Ingredients
| 4 lbs. turkey necks | 3 stalks celery, chopped fine |
| 4 carrots, diced | 1/2 tsp. black pepper |
| 1 chopped onion | 1 tsp. garlic powder |
| 1 tsp. Greek seasoning | 1 tsp. salt |
| 3 tbs. all-purpose flour |
Preparation
Cook turkey necks in 2 quarts water until tender. Skim fat from broth. Remove meat from bones & return to broth. Cook celery, carrots, & onion in a small amount of water until done & add to turkey mixture. Brown flour. black pepper, salt, garlic powder, & Greek seasoning in 3 TBS oil & add to turkey mixture. Simmer for 30 minutes.
