Stewed Turnips

Ingredients

8 to 10 turnips 1 tsp. garlic
1 tbsp. butter 1 lg. onion, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste 1 tsp. parsley

Preparation

Boil peeled and cubed turnips until tender.  Sauté onions in butter until clear. Add garlic, parsley and drained turnips. Cook until soft.
