Stewed Turnips
Ingredients
| 8 to 10 turnips | 1 tsp. garlic |
| 1 tbsp. butter | 1 lg. onion, chopped |
| Salt & pepper to taste | 1 tsp. parsley |
Preparation
Boil peeled and cubed turnips until tender. Sauté onions in butter until clear. Add garlic, parsley and drained turnips. Cook until soft.
